On this page
This page explains what happens to what you type into the "Describe what you need" form. Short version: we keep your answers to get back to you about your request, nothing else.
Who handles your data
Démarches MRE, a private administrative support service in Marrakech (Morocco). Contact for any data question: WhatsApp +212 639 940 408.
What is recorded
- your answers: task, situation, timing, optional details;
- your first name, your WhatsApp number if given, your reply language, the free note if filled in;
- the date, the page you wrote from and a short reference (for example DM-7K3Q);
- an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (never the address itself), only to limit abuse.
The form asks for no ID, no passport number and no document. Please do not put any in the free note.
Why
To reply, tell you what to prepare and send you a quote. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. Without it, nothing is recorded.
Where and for how long
In a file stored with the website's host, outside the public part of the site, accessible only to Démarches MRE. Answers are kept for at most 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. They are never sold or shared, except with the administration or professional involved in your procedure, with your agreement.
The "Send on WhatsApp" button opens your app with a pre-written message. You send it yourself: the conversation then goes through WhatsApp, whose privacy policy applies.
On your device
So that you can resume an interrupted request, the form keeps your choices (not your name or number) in your browser's local storage for 7 days. The site currently uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, with a simple WhatsApp message. Framework: Moroccan law 09-08 (CNDP) and, for people living in the European Union, the GDPR.
