Setting up a company in Marrakech is a chain of documents and offices: choosing the legal form, reserving the name, preparing the articles, finding an address, filing, opening the account. The steps we do with you
- Scoping: activity, partners, likely form, documents to gather, what needs translating or legalising.
- Negative certificate: the request that reserves your company name with OMPIC.
- Articles of association: preparing the file and reading it with you before signing, with a professional if your structure calls for one.
- CRI and online platform: building and filing the application with the Regional Investment Centre or on the online company-formation platform.
- Registered address: finding an address for the head office and gathering the proof.
- Business account: the bank's document list and support at the appointment.
- Accountant: an introduction for the next stage of your business.
